Google has planned to do this project experimentally with the help of the communities around the world.For this purpose the company will chose an area in US to provide fast internet for 500,000 Americans. The speed that google have mentioned is very fast compared to current speed.Using this a very high quality HD movie can be downloaded within minutes.
