Google’s self driving cars is a step closer to reality when the company announced that self driving cars have logged more than 300,000 miles of testing on wheels without doing a single accident. These cars are now upgraded to suit the different terrain and environment to test even further.
One additional improvement is that self driving cars which are currently in test will only need one person in driver’s seat instead of two.The fact that a manual intervention is needed if wanted to take control.
The next phase of testing would be on this new SUV called Lexus which will used for testing snowy road and temporary construction signals etc.
