Google prepares for Android Jellybean launch

Just a day before Google’s annual developers conference Google IO 2012 a new mascot representing the next version of Android platform   Jellybean arrives at google campus.

The next version Android 4.1 code named jellybean will be announced in Google IO 2012.It is usual for google to place the giant mascot of the upcoming version on its campus.

It is almost 8 months since the icecream sandwich – Android 4.0 is launched but still majority of the android users are having Ginger bread- android 2.3.

What to expect from Google IO 2012:

A New tablet pc from Google with a similar price competing with Kindle fire tablet.

A newer and upgraded Google Maps competing with apple maps which is launched recently.

Voice assistant like siri for android.
