How to : Automatically transfer files from Dropbox to Picasa or Box.net through Dropbox Automator

Dropbox Automator is a web app which automatically transfers the files to their respective places for example , if you place the document in Dropbox folder( You can specify the specific folder during setup ) then it will be automatically moved to Box.net or similar services like Google docs etc . Similarly if you place the image in Dropbox folder , then it will be automatically moved to Picasa . To automate the process , you have to do some configuration which i  have explained below .

Step 1 : To start with , Go to http://wappwolf.com/dropboxautomator/Folder and Log on using your Dropbox credentials.

Step 2: Choose a folder in Dropbox where you will place your files like document or images for automation.

Step 3 : Choose any action which should happen when you upload the files into Dropbox .

For illustration , Let’s choose “Upload to Box”  action  which will automatically upload the file from Dropbox to Box.net .Connect to box by using your Box.net credentials and choose the folder where you are going to upload the Dropbox file .
