RIM launches playbook Blackberry tablet

RIM has launched a new tablet device called “playbook“today along with a new operating system.
RIM (Research IN motion) has launched its first tablet device at annual developer conference.Its CEO Mike Lazaridis announced the new product “playbook” today at the conference.Not just a product RIM launched a new tablet OS (this one is not android) which has developed with QNX technology.
He said the new tablet OS will support Flash content via Flash 10.1 and HTML5

configuration:

  • 7-inch, 1024 x 600 multitouch display,
  • dual core 1GHZ ,
  • 1GB of RAM,
  • 3MP front camera and 5MP in rear

apart from this the company said the multimedia experience will be very good when compared to others.Prizes and shipping dataes are yet to be known and its sure that “playbook” has to play hard to fight with the apple ipad and other android tablets.
